Job summary

MCI USA is seeking a Registration Account Executive to lead the registration process for conferences, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating with internal support teams from advance planning through post-event.

You will establish timelines, ensure accurate registration delivery, QC client deliverables and websites, and train call center staff for event functionality and delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Cvent registration experience.
• Degree preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish business processes for events and communicate with internal support departments.
• Ensure accurate setup for registration delivery and QC of client deliverables and websites.
• Prepare and train call center management and agents on event functionality and delivery.
• Create weekly progress checkpoints and a post-show report including SWOT and actionable recommendations.
• Develop a full project plan covering onboarding, website builds, data integrations, marketing, and onsite planning.
• Coordinate event priorities and lead onboarding, weekly client, pre-onsite, and post-event meetings.
