Job Summary

The Registration Specialist II is responsible for assisting patients during the on-site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits, as well as completing financial clearance functions. This includes collecting accurate demographic and insurance information, patient liabilities, and performing financial clearance on scheduled accounts during registration downtimes. The role requires greeting and serving patients and internal team members professionally and respectfully. Some travel between sites and extended hours may be required based on department needs.

Job Requirements

Education

Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

Preferred: At least 1-2 years of prior registration experience
