Job summary

Covenant Community Care in Dearborn, MI seeks a full-time Registration Supervisor - Dental to oversee registration and scheduling across medical, dental, and ancillary programs. You will train front office staff, optimize workflows, and ensure accurate data, payer compliance, and patient communication.

As a faith-based nonprofit, the center emphasizes access for underserved communities, offers on-the-job training, and provides a supportive environment with no weekends and limited evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Three years of health care revenue cycle experience, including scheduling/registration.
• Minimum of one year of managerial experience.
• Fluency with ICD-10, CPT4, HCPCS, and CDT codes.
• Experience with EHR systems and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Direct the registration and scheduling process for assigned program areas.
• Train and retrain front office staff on day-to-day tasks.
• Develop and maintain patient-centered scheduling templates.
• Audit appointment books for data hygiene and protocol compliance.
• Lead revenue cycle initiatives and staff training on payer rules.
