Job summary

Main Line Health Center in Concordville is seeking a Registration Scheduling Specialist. As one of the first points of contact for new patients, you will collect and capture accurate data and provide empathetic customer service while helping patients understand financial responsibilities and services offered.

This full-time role includes tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per year, up to 120 hours of paid time off, vendor discounts, and free employee parking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent customer service and computer skills
• Preferred: minimum of 2 years of registration experience in a medical setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of insurance and third party reimbursement

Position: Registration Scheduling Specialist
Shift: 9:45AM-6:15PM (Mon-Thurs) and 6:45AM-3:15PM (Fri)

Experience

Required:
2+ years of customer service experience.
Excellent customer service and computer skills.
Preferred:
Minimum of 2 years of registration experience in a medical setting.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of insurance and third party reimbursement.

Education

High school diploma preferred.
