Job summary

Main Line Health is hiring a Registration Scheduling Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients, collecting accurate data and guiding them through financial responsibilities. The role emphasizes empathetic customer service, coordination with nursing and medical staff, and growth through tuition reimbursement.

Paid time off and parking are included as part of benefits. Shifts run 9:45 AM–6:15 PM Monday to Thursday and 6:45 AM–3:15 PM Friday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of registration experience in a medical setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of insurance and third party reimbursement.
