Job summary

Norton Healthcare in Louisville is seeking a Registration Representative (days 9a-5:30p) to greet patients, interview the patient or their representative, and collect all required information and signatures for treatment. The role will also prepare and distribute patient information materials while maintaining HIPAA guidelines.

The incumbent will direct and/or escort patients to the appropriate department or floor, ensuring courtesy and accuracy in all interactions.
