The role emphasizes accurate registrations, timely billing, and positive customer service. 2 years in healthcare or related management is preferred; on-site work in Edgewood, KY with opportunities for professional development and internal mobility.

• Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.
• Must navigate computer systems (EPIC, office software).
• Good typing and data entry skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Registers patients to meet registration goals and maintain skills for Registration Specialist.
• Reconciles cash payments and covers cashier duties when needed.
• Monitor quality of registrations and patient interactions for customer service and compliance.
• Provide feedback to staff.
• Cover shifts to meet patient registration needs in a cost-efficient way.
• Update scheduling and Kronos as needed.
• Train new Registration Department employees.
• Maintain information flow to reinforce procedures and changes.
