Responsibilities

• Schedule return appointments and other appointments as assigned.
• Ensure accurate appointment, demographic and insurance information.
• Coordinate requests and satisfy customer needs in one transaction.
• Communicate with clinical staff and staff within the product/service line.
• Provide orientation for new staff and student interns; educate department standards.
