Job summary

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience (6+ preferred), and proficiency with EMR and registration systems. Shift: 3:00pm–11:30pm, Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree may be preferred.
• Certification or vocational training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate patient registration, scheduling, and insurance information.
• Schedule return and other appointments as assigned.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to satisfy patient needs.
• Use EMR, scheduling and registration systems, ABN, eligibility, and document management software.
• Educate new staff and interns on department standards and procedures.
