Job summary

The Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh is seeking a Registration & Customer Service professional to support registrations for overnight camp, day camp, specialty camps, and other programs. You will process registrations accurately and on time, helping participants and families throughout the enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Human Services, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• At least two years experience in a customer service/sales environment.
• Experience in the use of Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming registrations accurately and timely per agency policies.
• Assist with program withdrawals, cancellations or changes in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist with training staff to ensure customer service standards are exceeded.
• Ensure account accuracy, produces tax statements and account reconciliations.
• Ensure data accuracy between Traction Rec and CampMinder.
• Collaborate with other departments to support service delivery.
