Registrar Records Analyst

Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Director of Registrar Operations, the Registrar Records Analyst is responsible for the implementation of technical solutions and project management to further the University’s strategic plan. This role requires a strong student focus and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of Degree Works to ensure accurate and efficient degree audit processes.
  • Ensure the validity and integrity of student data across registrar systems.
  • Provide accurate and timely data to support institutional decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions aligned with the University’s goals.
  • Manage projects related to registrar operations, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong focus on student needs and experience throughout all processes and projects.

Work Environment:

This position is based in St. Paul, MN, and requires collaboration across various departments within the University. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and dedicated to continuous improvement in registrar operations.
