Job summary

Paine College is seeking a Registrar to provide leadership and oversight of student records, transcripts, and compliance with national, state, and professional standards. This role reports to the Provost and collaborates with admissions, financial aid, and the business office.

The position emphasizes data-informed decision making, enrollment improvement, and continuous improvement across registrar operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education administration or related field.
• Five to seven years of experience in a registrar/academic records role.
• Experience with accreditation processes and responses.

Responsibilities

• Assist with course scheduling and rolling the schedule forward each term.
• Coordinate scheduling deadlines and responses with School contacts.
• Audit and update course fees and attributes; publish schedule of classes.
• Maintain registrar websites content in coordination with Communications.
• Provide training to scheduling coordinators and registrars staff.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and training videos.
