You will lead the registrar team, standardize student records, and ensure state reporting and accreditation readiness across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Significant registrar leadership experience in enrollment, records, compliance, testing, or education operations.
• Experience managing registrar- and enrollment-related teams across campuses.
• Proven ability to handle audits, accreditation activity, and state reporting.
• Experience implementing or improving SIS platforms and operational systems.
• Track record of scaling registrar operations across multiple campuses.
• Strong hiring, coaching, and management of high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable registrar workflows, controls, and reporting across campuses.
• Lead Senior and Associate Registrars, reducing dependency on leadership.
• Oversee accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with admissions and school leaders to streamline admissions-to-enrollment.
• Escalation point for complex enrollment, compliance, and state agency issues.
• Build processes to prevent compliance gaps before audits.
