Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in business analysis or a related field; higher education data preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience with Workday Student reporting or SIS in a Registrar’s Office or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports using Workday Student reporting tools to support academic and administrative departments.
• Collaborate with offices to identify reporting needs and develop solutions with accurate information.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis and reporting for audits and institutional decisions.
• Maintain documentation for reports including requirements, data sources, and definitions.
• Assist faculty and staff in understanding Registrar-related data and reports.
