Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and five years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree and 1–3 years in Enrollment Management or related area.
• Strong analytical skills to define problems, develop solutions, and measure impact.
• Excellent written and oral communication with diverse university stakeholders.
• Knowledge of student records maintenance and registration/enrollment processes.
• Proven ability to review processes and make recommendations.
• Advanced knowledge of SIS and technology: PeopleSoft/Oracle, uAchieve/DARS, imaging, PL/SQL, PowerBI/Tableau.
• Ability to document requirements and revise system logic.
• Experience training and providing technical development and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Support existing REG business processes and streamline them.
• Review best practices and recommend new structured frameworks.
• Update/create new processes, reports, and requirements.
