Kansas State University is seeking a Registrar Data and Process Coordinator to advance and streamline Registrar workflows, reporting, and course/program requirements. The role collaborates with REG and other units to redesign processes and introduce new, structured frameworks for improved efficiency.
Preferred candidates will have strong analytical and communication skills, experience with student information systems, and a track record of process reviews.
As a vital Office of the Registrar (REG) member, the Registrar Data and Process Coordinator will report directly to the University Registrar. In this role, they will work closely and collaboratively with various units within REG, providing support as needed to internal business processes and functions. Their primary focus will be supporting existing business processes related to REG, re-designing and streamlining them where appropriate, and updating/creating new business processes if necessary. This position will also enhance all requirements processes, particularly those involving new processes, reports, requirements, courses, and programs. They will review best practices across peer institutions and recommend new structured frameworks, addressing inefficiencies and ambiguities around current SIS processes and reporting needs.
