Responsibilities

• Provide effective communication and client services to students and staff seeking assistance.
• Assist with registration for undergraduate and graduate students.
• Process final grades and update transcripts while ensuring FERPA compliance.
• Support the preparation of correspondence and timely filing of student records.
• Prepare ad hoc and standing reports and maintain data integrity in the student information system.
• Coordinate dual credit registration activities and maintain privacy of student data.
• Uphold safety and confidentiality standards and perform other duties as assigned by the University Registrar.
