Job summary

Southern Crescent Technical College in Griffin, GA seeks a Federal Work Study Student - Registrar Worker to support the Registrar’s Office, greet visitors, and relay information to staff as needed.

You will work Mon-Thu 8 a.m.–6 p.m and Fri 8 a.m.–12 p.m under supervision; hourly rate is $12.00. This role provides hands-on experience in office operations and customer service within a college setting.

Qualifications

• Must be in a business-related program.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel required.
• Ability to type 15-25 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Provides typing, filing, data entry, and correspondence with prospective students.
• Assists with day-to-day Registrar’s Office operations and graduation activities.
• Accepts direction and follows through on assigned tasks.
• Maintains punctuality and adheres to work policies.
