Hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a $12.00 hourly rate under supervision of Shunteka Curtis. This role emphasizes customer service, organization and reliability in a campus setting.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong verbal communications skills.

• Ability to use a phone system, copy and fax machines.

Responsibilities

• Greet college visitors and determine the purpose of their visit, providing information to staff as needed.
• Answer, screen and route telephone calls promptly and courteously to appropriate staff.
• Deliver accurate and legible messages in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly office environment and provide basic administrative support such as filing and scanning documents.
• Follow supervisor directions and work scheduled shifts reliably.
