Job summary

Four Seasons Veterinary Specialists Loveland is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician (Surgery & Anesthesia) to support our surgical team. You will assist with procedures, prepare operating rooms, and monitor anesthesia during and after surgery.

The role requires an RVT or active provisional license in CO, with 2+ years in surgery/anesthesia, and strong patient and client interaction skills. Expect a collaborative, fast-paced hospital environment with a focus on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or active provisional license in CO.
• Minimum 2 years recent surgery and anesthesia experience.
• Proficient in IV catheter placement, blood draws, anesthetic monitoring.
• Strong animal handling and restraint skills.
• Knowledge of hospital procedures and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up surgical instruments and sterilize operating rooms.

In this role, you will assist with surgical procedures, prepare and maintain operating rooms, and support anesthesia administration before, during, and after surgery.

Key responsibilities include setting up surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring proper sterilization, preparingpatientsforprocedures, monitoring anesthesia equipment, and assisting with patient positioning.
