Job summary

The ASPCA’s Mobile Veterinary Services (MVS) program runs high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter, preventive care and treatment for minor illnesses in the Greater LA area. This Registered Veterinary Technician Staff and Flow Manager position directs workflow, assists veterinarians, and coordinates daily operations to maximize impact in underserved communities.

Based at ASPCA Mobile Clinics, with occasional reporting to the South LA Spay/Neuter Clinic, the role requires California RVT licensure

Qualifications

• Must hold California State RVT license.
• Ability to work well with a team and communicate across roles.
• Strong interest in animal welfare and underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow and assist veterinarians in treatments.
• Support HQHVSN and PPC for cats and dogs.
• Coach staff to maintain low-stress handling.
• Ensure accurate client communication and patient history.
