Mercy Hospital St. Louis is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to deliver direct patient care in respiratory therapy per physician orders. You will consult on therapy effectiveness and act as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff.

Requirements include a CoARC-approved respiratory care program, current RCP license, and NBRC RRT credential; ACLS preferred. Shift is 7:00 PM–7:00 AM with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, and a supportive team focused on high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CoARC approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• May require lifting and physical endurance.

Responsabilités

Shift: 7:00 PM- 7:00 AM

Sign-On-Bonus incentive included up to $10,000

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of CoArc approved Respiratory Care program.
• Licensure: Meets state licensure requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Experience: None.
• Certifications: Hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential awarded by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). For co-workers who work in the Emergency Room PALS is required.
• Other: Physical demands are attached plus push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs. Plus, pinch up to 10 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally. Equipment Used: All appropriate respiratory care devices.
• Preferred Education: Acute Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Preferred Experience: Prefer critical care experience.
