Hy-Vee’s Mason City drugstore is seeking a Registered Pharmacist to join our team. You will fill and verify prescriptions, counsel patients, and support wellness programs while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality patient care.

Candidates must hold an active pharmacist license, have 6 months to 1 year of related experience, and be eligible to administer immunizations. MTM experience is preferred and you will work in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with active licensure to practice pharmacy.
• 6 months to 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Fill and verify prescriptions and counsel patients.
• Administer immunizations where certified and maintain vaccination records.
• Counsel patients on medications and potential interactions.
• Assist with inventory management and third-party billing reconciliation.
• Support pharmacy team training and compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
