Job summary

Life Care Center of Acton, MA is seeking a dedicated full-time registered occupational therapist who can provide direct rehab care while serving as assistant director of rehab, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements include NBCOT certification at hire, BSOT/MSOT, active MA license, CPR, and at least one year of experience (new grads welcome). The position offers opportunities for growth and collaboration across rehab teams.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional
• Graduate of an OT program (BSOT or MSOT)
• Active OT license in good standing in the state
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation

Responsibilities

• Follow occupational therapy treatment plans for patients
• Establish, assess, and modify goals that are realistic and measurable
• Oversee and evaluate care by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students
• Chart appropriately and timely
• Utilize therapy software accurately
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality
