Job summary

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional
• Graduate of an accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT)
• Active state license; maintain good standing
• 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; stay current

Responsibilities

• Follow occupational treatment plans (ADLs) for patients
• Oversee and evaluate care provided by OTAs, Rehab Aides, students
• Chart appropriately and timely to ensure accurate records
• Liaise with patients, families, and other departments for patient needs
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team
