Job summary

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT).
• Active license in good standing with the applicable State.
• One year of experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Participates in community health matters/projects as appropriate.
• Liaisons with patients, families, and staff to plan for patient needs.
• Follow occupational treatment plans and establish functional goals.
• Oversee care provided by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students.
• Chart appropriately and timely; use therapy software correctly.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies; work in a team.
