Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized occupational therapy treatment plans (ADLs) as prescribed
• Establish and modify measurable goals for patients and document progress
• Oversee care provided by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students
• Chart accurately and in a timely manner
• Utilize therapy software to track sessions and outcomes
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
• Support in patient evacuation if needed
• Maintain dependable attendance and professional conduct
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for patient care
• Read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
