Apploi is seeking a Registered Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, helping them regain independence and optimal functional levels. You will perform diagnostic evaluations, design personalized therapy plans, and collaborate with the care team to support community reintegration.

The role requires experience with SNF populations, strong communication, accurate documentation, and willingness to travel as needed. OT degree and AOTA registration are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Must be registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
• Proficiency with applicable state and federal standards.
