Sena Kean Nursing & Rehab seeks an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our interdisciplinary therapy team in a skilled nursing and rehab setting. Help residents regain independence and improve quality of life.

Evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, strength, and independence. Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and care teams; document and educate on techniques and equipment.

Formación

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, strength, and independence.
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and care teams to optimize resident outcomes.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans in compliance with regulations.
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines.
