Job summary

Rehab Strategies in Indiana is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. You will assess patients, plan personalized interventions to promote independence in self-care, mobility, and meaningful activities, and collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and families to maximize outcomes.

This role requires current state OT licensure and graduation from an accredited OT program. You will document progress, educate caregivers, and help select adaptive equipment while

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program with Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care preferred.

• Conduct patient evaluations and establish treatment goals.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, and functional mobility.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and families to maximize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies for success at home and in the community.
• Complete required documentation in a timely, accurate manner.
