Job summary

Rehab Strategies in Beech Grove, IN is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve independence in self-care, mobility, and meaningful activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with nursing, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, and families to maximize outcomes. A licensed OT with a relevant degree will provide education to patients and caregivers and document

• Current state OT license in Indiana.
• Graduated from accredited OT program (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and establish treatment goals.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, and functional mobility.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and families to maximize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies for success at home and in the community.
• Complete required documentation in a timely, accurate manner.
