Guardian Angels Care Center – Elk River, MN is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant Registered for the 6am-2:30pm shift. The role requires eligibility to work in Minnesota and ongoing commitment to resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include direct personal care under licensed nurse supervision, restorative programs, and accurate documentation. Candidates should be 16+ and able to prioritize confidential information with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant registry.
• Prior nursing experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age, or older.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Self-motivated, ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• To provide direct personal cares for residents at their assessed level of function under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• To provide Restorative/Maintenance nursing programs as developed by Nursing Rehabilitation
• To accurately document cares provided, resident observations.
• To assist the resident to achieve their highest level of physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual function.
• To assist in providing a dignified, respectful, resident-centered environment for residents.
• Follows universal precautions, facility infection control guidelines, sanitation and safety standards of practice in all work and activities.
• All duties will be performed in accordance with current standards, guidelines, state and federal regulations.
• Uphold confidential information as required by Guardian Angels Care Center policy and procedure and as related to HIPPA.
