Job summary

Guardian Angels Care Center – Elk River, MN is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant Registered for the Transitional Care Unit (500 Wing). The NAR provides resident-centered care under a licensed nurse, focusing on maximizing residents' physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual function.

Responsibilities include direct personal care, restorative programs, documentation, and maintaining confidentiality. Requires MN NAR registry, 16+ years, and a cooperative, dependable attitude.

Qualifications

• Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant registry.
• Prior nursing experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age, or older.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Self-motivated, ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal cares for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Document cares provided and resident observations.
• Assist residents to achieve their highest level of physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual function.
• Follow infection control guidelines, sanitation, and safety standards of practice.
