Guardian Angels Care Center in Elk River, MN seeks a Nursing Assistant Registered for the Long Term Care unit (300 Wing). This night shift, part-time position requires compassionate, resident-centered care under a licensed nurse's supervision.

You will assist with daily living activities, documentation, and restorative programs to help residents reach their highest function, while upholding HIPAA and center policies.

Qualifications

• Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant in Minnesota.
• Prior nursing experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal cares under supervision.
• Implement Restorative/Maintenance nursing programs.
• Document cares and resident observations.
• Assist in achieving residents' highest function.
• Maintain a dignified, resident-centered environment.
