Guardian Angels Care Center – Elk River, MN is seeking a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) to provide resident-centered care under licensed supervision. You’ll support residents’ physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being with a focus on dignity and compassion.
The role requires MN NAR registration, a 16+ age minimum, and strong confidentiality. Prior nursing experience is preferred, with schedule for 10:30pm–7am shifts, 24 hours per pay period, every other weekend and holidays.
