Job summary

Nashua Post Acute in Nashua, NH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for weekend coverage as a Weekend Warrior. Shifts are Saturday and Sunday with a 5-weekend on, 1 off rotation, covering 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.

The role requires at least 1 year of RN experience, NH license, and CPR/BLS. You will provide skilled nursing care, follow care plans, administer meds, monitor residents, and document meticulously.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Experience with multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and the plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.

Daily Pay!

$55 Dollars Per Hour Base Rate + Shift Differentials

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Hampshire.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
