Job summary

Nashua Post Acute is seeking an RN Weekend Warrior to join our team in Nashua, NH. Shifts run Saturday and Sunday on a rotating schedule, with 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am options. Daily pay available and a $55 base hourly rate plus shift differentials.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of RN experience and an active New Hampshire license. We value compassionate, resident-centered care and adherence to standards and care plans.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in New Hampshire.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards, physician plan and care plan.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.

$55 Dollars Per Hour Base Rate + Shift Differentials

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Hampshire.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
