Job summary

Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Health Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Weekend Warrior RN to provide essential resident care. The role supports two weekend days per week with a fifth consecutive weekend on, followed by a sixth off, and shifts from 3pm–11pm or 11pm–7am.

The position offers around $55 per hour plus shift differentials, along with benefits and opportunities for professional growth in a compassionate, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN/RN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment.
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.
