Job summary

Complete Care at Westfield in Scotch Plains, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as RN Supervisor. You will oversee nursing staff, monitor medication administration, perform rounds, and provide education to staff, residents, and families.

This full-time role offers weekend shifts, health and PTO benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Candidates must have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and an active NJ RN license with strong adherence to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
