Job summary

Complete Care Management in New Jersey seeks a Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care. The role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating medication distribution, and conducting rounds to uphold safety and compliance.

Applicants must hold an Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing and a current NJ RN license. Prior long-term care experience is preferred; opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring medications, blood draws, and other patient care activities.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and resident family members as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
