Job summary

Voorhees Pediatric Facility is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to organize and direct weekend nursing staff on Saturdays and Sundays. The role includes overseeing 25-30 clinicians and ensuring compliance and high-quality care across shifts.

The position requires NJ RN licensure, a Nursing degree, and at least three years of nursing experience with supervisory skills. Weekend hours are 7 AM–7 PM, with a competitive base pay and additional differential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with NJ RN licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum three years nursing experience.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Current/Active CPR Certification (AHA or ARC).
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Prior supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees 25-30 RN, LPN, CNA staff on assigned shift.
• Provides leadership and guidance to nursing and other staff.
• Assumes building oversight for the shift staff.
• Ensures compliance with policy/procedures and regulatory standards.
• Ensures effective communication with residents, families, agencies, physicians, referrals.
• Works in an interdisciplinary capacity with other departments.

Description:The Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor (RN Weekend Supervisor) organizes anddirects work on their assigned shift as follows:

SalaryDetails: Base rate $47.93-$53.47+ 15% shift differential (for hours worked on weekends) totaling $55.12-$61.50/hr.
