Position Summary

Our ideal candidate has solid experience as a RN Supervisor. This position requires team management skills, problem-solving attitude and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities of theRegistered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:

• Oversee the nursing department for clinical and staffing needs.

• Manage admissions and discharges.

• Supervise nursing staff assigned and allocateduties to LPNs and nursing assistants, as needed.

• Make daily rounds to monitor resident care and status of residents.
