Responsibilities

• Identify and participate in process improvements that enhance the patient experience and workflow.
• Complete resident assessments at admission and discharge.
• Supervise nursing staff and allocate duties to LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Document services rendered for billing purposes.
• Make daily rounds to monitor resident care and status.
• Educate staff on nursing policies and procedures per facility guidelines.
• Review charting weekly for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a safe environment and comply with infection control measures.
• Arrange replacement staff to cover shortages as needed.
• Track infection control and care trends to drive improvements.
• Perform other special projects and duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
