Job summary

Whitney Rehabilitation Care Center is seeking a qualified RN Nursing Supervisor to oversee weekend operations and lead the nursing team at our facility.

The ideal candidate will have proven RN supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage admissions, rounds, and staffing in a fast-paced environment.

This weekend shift is part-time from 7a-3pm, with benefits such as PTO and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing department on weekends and manage staffing.

• Make daily rounds to monitor resident care and status.
• Ensure compliance with nursing policies, procedures and infection control.
• Ensure a safe working environment and address staffing shortages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
