Job summary

AmeriCare Plus in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our PRN team as RN Supervisors. You will conduct initial assessments and supervise home health visits, with no bedside shifts or rigid schedules.

Plan visits around your availability and travel to client homes, earning per-visit or hourly pay and mileage bonuses. Ideal candidates have an active Virginia RN license, strong assessment and documentation skills, and a desire for flexible,

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes.

• Home care or Medicaid experience is preferred.

We're looking for compassionate, experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a PRN basis, completing initial assessments and supervisory visits for clients receiving personal care services in their homes.

Get Paid Per Visit

• Initial Client Assessment: $65 per visit
• 6-Month Reassessment: $55 per visit
• Missed Visit (Client Not Home): $30
• In-Service / Training Class: $30
• Occasional Aide Clinical Orientation: $20
• Office / Administrative Work: $20 per hour

Extra Mileage Bonus: Earn an additional $5 per visit for clients located more than 30 miles from our office.

What We're Looking For

• Active Virginia RN license or compact license valid in Virginia
