Job summary

AmeriCare Plus seeks compassionate Registered Nurses to join as PRN Supervisors. You’ll conduct initial assessments and supervisory visits for home-based personal care clients, with no bedside shifts and no rigid schedules.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license or compact license valid in Virginia.
• At least one year of nursing experience in a hospital, home health, rehabilitation, or similar setting.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes.
• Home care or Medicaid experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial assessments and supervisory visits for clients receiving personal care services in their homes.

We're looking for compassionate, experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a PRN basis, completing initial assessments and supervisory visits for clients receiving personal care services in their homes.

No bedside shifts. No hands-on skilled nursing. No rigid schedule. Just meaningful work that fits your life.

Get Paid Per Visit

• Initial Client Assessment $65 per visit

• 6-Month Reassessment $55 per visit

• Missed Visit (Client Not Home) $30

• In-Service / Training Class $30

• Occasional Aide Clinical Orientation $20

• Office / Administrative Work $20 per hour

Extra Mileage Bonus: Earn an additional $5 per visit for clients located more than 30 miles from our office.

What We're Looking For

• Active Virginia RN license or compact license valid in Virginia

• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
