AmeriCare Plus in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our PRN team as RN Supervisors. You will conduct initial assessments and supervise home health visits, with no bedside shifts or rigid schedules.

Formación

• Active Virginia RN license or compact license valid in Virginia.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in hospital, home health, rehab or similar setting.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Home care or Medicaid experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial client assessments and supervisory visits for personal care in clients' homes.
• Provide caregiver guidance and ensure quality of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling aligned with client locations.
