Job summary

Evergreen Senior Care & Rehab in Battle Creek, MI is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to coordinate clinical care on an assigned unit within a 24-hour operation. You will lead a strong interdisciplinary team, perform rounds, and ensure quality care for residents using the latest technology.

You will supervise nursing staff, assign duties, provide training, and ensure timely reports on infection control, pharmacy compliance, and quality management while promoting hospitality and excellent

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Michigan RN license; CPR-BLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing team: provide direction, assignments, training, and evaluations.

The Unit Manageris a registered nurse who isresponsible for the coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24 hour operation and ensuring consistent and quality care for all residents. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

You will earn:

• Starting Salary $90,000 per year

We need the following shift coverage:

• All shifts include rotating weekends and holidays, as well as rotating on-call schedule.
• Must be a Registered Nurse

• You will supervise the nursing team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Registered Nurse RN license the State of Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
