St. Luke’s Health System in Nampa, Idaho is seeking an experienced RN for our Telemetry unit. The 24-bed unit provides high-level acute cardiac and complex medical care, with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio and close collaboration with leadership and educators.
The role requires an RN license and a1+ year of RN experience, plus BLS certification. Full-time hours are 3x12-hour shifts with night differential, self-scheduling, and eligibility for sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Nampa Telemetry is a 24-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 that provides highly skilled acute care nursing to complex medical patients. Our Telemetry unit works very close with Leadership, Educators, and Crisis Nurses to provide exemplary care and support Nurses of any level to grow and learn. We are able to do this with a teamwork centered culture that builds trust, confidence, and respect between multiple interdisciplinary teams. We have a very strong team that is proficient in cardiac Nursing and loves to teach!
