St. Luke’s Health System in Meridian, Idaho, is seeking an experienced RN to join the Meridian Telemetry unit, a 37-bed unit providing critical med/surg care. You will evaluate patients, assist physicians, and deliver comprehensive nursing care in a team-focused setting.

The role offers night shifts with differentials, self-scheduling, and opportunities for certification pay and professional development within a supportive governance structure.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current licensure in the state of practice and BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
• Nursing degree completed from an approved program.

Meridian Telemetry is a 37 single bed unit that provides care for our more critical med/surg community. Our patient population includes cardiac, stroke, sepsis, respiratory failure, post-surgical, renal impairment, and so much more. Our team-oriented unit has an average nurse/patient ratio of 1:4. We are a great unit to develop your critical thinking and time management skills. We are a close-knit team that is here to support each other and to provide the best care for our community.

What You Can Expect

• Full-time (0.9 FTE); 3 x 12-hour shifts a week
• Night shift (primary openings) + shift differentials offered
  • Additional PTO accrual for night shift!
• Self-scheduling model
• Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance eligible for new hires!
• Certification pay (ex. PCCN, CVRN)

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Degree
• Experience: One (1) + years’ RN experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
